[Job summary]

- Establish relationships with industrial end users of valves; gather market information and expand sales.
- Visit existing customers regularly and identify new customers.
- Participate in EPC business as part of project entry and proposal preparation.
- Understand customer needs and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Provide consultation and manage customer enquiries and complaints (commercial and technical).
- Handle after-sales communication in case of claims.
