Sales Executive/Officer

Job Description:

• Collect, analyze, and report market information to support sales activities.
• Assist in product category promotion and actively search for potential customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit quotations, process orders, follow up on deliveries, and assist in payment collection.
• Maintain accurate customer sales records and ledgers.
• Support in achieving assigned sales targets.
• Assist in implementing marketing plans and promotional activities.
• Participate in customer visits and respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Familiarity with stainless steel or alloy industry is advantage
