Job Description

You will be part of our retail showroom team and play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming walk-in customers and understanding their needs
• Providing clear product explanations and recommendations
• Assisting customers throughout their buying journey
• Maintaining a neat, presentable, and well-organised showroom
• Supporting daily sales operations and cashiering duties
• Handling basic customer enquiries (in-store and online)
• Assisting with stock display, replenishment, and simple inventory checks
