Sales Field Trainer (Ilocos Norte)

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery and Support:

• Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates, focusing on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure all SAs have a thorough understanding of sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.

Performance Evaluation:

• Monitor and evaluate SA performance in the field, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback and implement tailored training plans to address performance gaps.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to streamline and improve field training processes.
• Develop training materials, tools, and resources that align with Billeases objectives and values.
