Role: Sales–Finance Mediator (Order-to-Cash)

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose key blockers in accounts receivable, collections, and account status impacting sales momentum
• Act as a single point of coordination between Sales, Finance, and Billing teams
• Proactively resolve account blocks, disputes, and overdue payment challenges
• Identify systemic issues and implement quick-win improvements in order-to-cash processes
• Provide clear visibility on high-risk accounts and recommended actions
• Enable Sales teams with guidance, playbooks, and escalation support to avoid deal delays
