Sales Floor Manager – Woodbridge Hyundai

We are looking for an Automotive Sales Manager to lead, coach and motivate a high performing sales team and provide an exceptional purchasing experience for customers at our Woodbridge dealership.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach the Sales Team to achieve expectations, objectives and goals.
• Coach, mentor and train Brand Ambassadors to assist customers, answer questions, structure deals and/or payments.
• Oversee Compliance Administrators to ensure paperwork is completed accurately, funding processed post‑delivery and follow up factory incentives/receivables.
• Follow the sales model and assist in the execution of this process for all Brand Ambassadors.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales.
• Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.
