Role: Sales Force Effectiveness Associate
Location: Subang Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support daily operations of the Distributor Management System (DMS)
Propose solutions to optimize system usage and enhance effectiveness
Continuously improving DMS processes and workflows
Conduct training sessions for distributors
Coordinate with internal IT for report mapping and DMS-related matters
Generate and analyze system reports
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Networking or equivalent.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Willing to travel and possess own transport
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
