Key Responsibilities
Track and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
Support target-setting, segmentation, and territory alignments.
Administer and optimize the Phyzii CRM platform.
Manage sales incentive calculations and reporting.
Develop dashboards and consolidate data from CRM, distributors, and IQVIA.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT on commercial insights.
Support capability-building on CRM and reporting tools.
