• To uphold the ethics and integrity of the Giltrap Group and Giltrap Audi.
• To ensure that customer satisfaction is first and foremost, and as such all issues are treated as urgent.
• To behave in such a manner that will not bring disrepute to Giltrap Audi.
• To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the work of the Grooming Department.
• Report all customer complaints/satisfaction issues in accordance with Giltrap Audi guidelines.
• To engender a supportive team environment in the Grooming Department and also between the Service Department, Parts and Sales.
