What You'll Do

• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls
• Engage with warm and cold leads professionally and confidently
• Build rapid rapport and establish trust with callers
• Actively listen to callers' needs and guide the conversation
• Pre-qualify leads and convert them into enrollments
