Sales & Growth Specialist

Job Description

Climax Digitizing is looking for a Sales & Growth Specialist who can generate sales and contribute to business growth.

This is a hands‑on sales role, not a managerial position. You will be responsible for lead generation, follow‑ups, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, including TikTok Ads, Instagram & Facebook (Meta) Ads, and PPC campaigns, and other outreach methods
• Convert leads into paying clients
• Maintain follow‑ups with prospects
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the internal team after closing deals

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Target‑driven mindset
• Ability to work independently
• B2B sales experience is a plus
• Experience in digitizing/embroidery services is a bonus (not mandatory)
