                    Graduate of any four-year course 
At least 5–10 years of experience as Sales Head in logistics or shipping companies 
Consistently meets and exceeds sales quotas 
Strong pipeline of prospective and existing clients 
Proven ability to manage the full sales process from start to finish 
Excellent monitoring, coaching, and people management skills 
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
