 Roles and Responsibility
 Develop and execute sales strategies that align with thecompany's overall goals and objectives. 
 Work with marketing team to align sales strategies withproduct and marketing initiatives. 
 Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed salestargets and objectives. 
 Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales plansto capitalize on them. 
 Develop and maintain relationships with key customers andpartners. 
 Provide sales forecasts and reports to the executiveteam. 
 Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market,competitors, and customer needs.
