Sales HORECA Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview

The Sales Horeca Manager plays a key role in expanding Karofi's presence within the Horeca channel by developing strong partnerships with hotel, restaurant, and café operators. This position is responsible for driving sales growth. You will work closely with owners, managers to introduce products, manage trials that maximize sales channel revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. HORECA Channel Development & Partner Engagement

• Identify, approach, and build HORECA partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential HORECA clients, ensuring continuous follow-up and conversion.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, including owners, F&B managers, and procurement teams.

2. Sales Growth & Performance Management

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through structured channel development and partner engagement.
