SALES INTERIOR DESIGNER

• Meet and consult clients to understand design needs and budget
• Prepare space planning, design proposals, mood boards & presentations
• Produce 2D drawings and 3D visualizations (AutoCAD / SketchUp / etc.)
• Provide professional advice on materials, colors, and furnishings
• Prepare quotations and follow up closely with clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend site visits and monitor project progress
• Collect payments according to project schedule

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Experience in interior design / renovation sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Must have own transport
