Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs.
• Follow company policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and pleasing attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
