The ideal candidate will have a strategic and proactive mindset, along with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, focused on achieving commercial objectives and optimizing team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and leading commercial teams within the visa and/or international travel sector.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures related to visas and passports.
• Experience selling tourism packages and/or travel services.
• Strong negotiation skills, objection handling, and sales closing abilities.
