Job Description

  • The Sales Lead Development Representative will be responsible for marketing the company's products and/or services via telephone, email and webchat with well-qualified prospects.

  • Answers customer questions about products and services, product equipment functionality and pricing, typically generated as a result of local and/or national advertising.

  • Assists in the company's sales by generating prospective customers by initiating calls to potential and existing customers and qualifying leads.

  • Qualified leads are directed to the sales team for follow-up and to close the sale.

  • May maintain a database of well-qualified leads and may schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers, or for customers to attend sales presentations.

  • May occasionally take orders but typically does not close the sale.
