This is a remote position.

Location: LATAM
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Lead Generation & Outbound Calling Agent to help us identify, contact, and qualify potential clients. This role focuses on outbound calls, follow-ups, and initial qualification to generate high-quality sales opportunities for our sales team.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys talking to people, is persistent, organized, and comfortable working with targets and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (needs, budget, timeline, decision-maker)
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Follow up via phone, email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn as needed
  • Accurately log all interactions and updates in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
