Profile Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5.5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales operations, or pipeline development within construction, signage, manufacturing, commercial services, or a related industry.
• CRM & Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing leads and workflows in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including data hygiene, automation, and reporting.
