Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying white space opportunities, expanding dealer networks, and opening new vertical markets. This role focuses on structured lead generation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. The BDO builds new revenue channels from the ground up and collaborates with Account Managers to convert opportunities into sustainable long-term accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and qualify new dealers, corporate accounts, and non-traditional sales channels
Develop and manage a structured lead generation pipeline
Conduct cold outreach, prospecting, and business mapping
Research and identify white space opportunities (new industries, regions, verticals)
Generate, present, and negotiate business proposals
Achieve new revenue targets aligned with company objectives
