+ **Business Leadership & Performance**
* Own full P&L for Malaysia and Singapore, delivering against Annual Operating Plan and long-term growth ambitions (revenue, margin, market share).
* Lead market performance to strengthen Philips’ position as the #1 brand in Personal Health.
* Drive performance management through rigorous operating cadence, clear KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
+ **Go-to-Market & Omni-Channel Acceleration**
* Define and evolve channel strategies across offline retail, e-commerce, and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C).
* Accelerate growth on key platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) while strengthening brand and conversion across all touchpoints.
