Leasing & Business Development

• Identify and onboard prospective tenants for commercial/retail properties.
• Conduct market research to track leasing trends, competitor activity, and rental benchmarks in Ahmedabad.
• Support development and execution of leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage property site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential tenants.

Tenant Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

Lease Documentation & Compliance
