Sales & Logistics Coordinator - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order consolidation.
• Ensure customer orders are processed and invoiced accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare, verify, and organize export shipping documents for customs clearance
• Provide timely updates on estimated cargo arrival and departure schedules to all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with the Logistics team on delivery schedules and inventory matters.
• Ensure invoices from external service providers, such as freight forwarders, are submitted promptly to the Accounts team for processing.
• Support the processing of warranty and insurance claims.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, shipping, and logistics documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
