Job Description

As an Application Analyst, you play a crucial role within the Lotus Bakeries application team, focusing on the implementation, development, support, and optimization of business applications and processes associated with Sales, Logistics & Purchasing. You manage various ICT projects by taking ownership of SAP modules, supporting non-SAP applications, and providing general advice, support, and consultancy to stakeholders and key users.


  • You are a key player in optimizing the global supply chain network and improving the sales processes. 
  • Taking ownership of the SAP modules within your domain, you support, enhance and introduce these modules at the different locations of the Lotus Bakeries Group, as well as supporting the organization with applications beyond SAP ERP, such as demand planning applications (SAP IBP) and customs applications.
