We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the sales department, developing and implementing the sales strategy, and monitoring the performance of our sales force.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales department and lead the sales team
• Develop and implement the sales strategy
• Monitor the performance of the sales force
• Develop relationships with key customers
• Prepare reports and provide feedback on market trends
• Work independently and manage own workload

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East
• Experience with international markets is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
