This candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key retail relationships, developing and managing the sales team, and expanding business opportunities within the retail and reseller market. This role requires a commercially minded leader with strong experience in supplying the mass retail channel and managing high-performing sales teamsMinimum requirements:

Minimum Matric or relevant NQF qualification

5–10 years’ sales and sales management experience

Proven experience supplying the mass retail channel

Strong track record in business development and account growth

Experience managing and developing sales teams

Excellent understanding of wholesale/distribution environments
