Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new air conditioning sales by proactively engaging potential customers for installation and servicing opportunities
• Design and recommend customized air conditioning systems for HDB, condominium, and private residential properties to meet client needs
• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and deliver tailored aircon solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting methods to technician and worker teams to resolve aircon issues efficiently
• Manage and coordinate technicians and workers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely project completion

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid driving license (Class 3 or 3A) to conduct site visits and customer engagements safely and independently
