Job Description
As Sales Manager - APAC, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the region by driving new business revenue and market growth. Reporting to the Head of Growth, APAC, this hands-on role requires a proactive approach to identifying high-value opportunities, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and managing complex end-to-end sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute structured sales strategies to expand Robert Walters' presence across key markets in APAC.
Proactively identify new client accounts through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
Build strong relationships with HR leaders, procurement teams, and C-suite executives to position Robert Walters as a trusted strategic partner.
Lead client pitches, negotiations, and deal structuring for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions.
