Reporting to the Head of Growth, APAC, this hands-on role requires a proactive approach to identifying high-value opportunities, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and managing complex end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured sales strategies to expand Robert Walters' presence across key markets in APAC.
• Proactively identify new client accounts through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Build strong relationships with HR leaders, procurement teams, and C-suite executives to position Robert Walters as a trusted strategic partner.
• Lead client pitches, negotiations, and deal structuring for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions.
