Job Description
Ryz Labs is looking for a Sales Manager to join one of our business units and to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from full cycle leading, defining outreach strategy to generating leads and leading a team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on Sales Manager based in Buenos Aires to lead enterprise sales for Ntrvsta's AI platform while building and managing a growing regional sales team.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, focused on the U.S. enterprise market. 2+ years leading or mentoring a sales team (preferably remote or distributed). - Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals (90–120 day cycles). - Experience selling into HR tech, recruiting, or AI SaaS environments strongly preferred. - Proficiency with modern sales stacks — CRM, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar. - Strong AI literacy and ability to position technology solutions effect...
