Sales Manager, ASB

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

• Responsible for the ASB Team's ASB sales performance/target and credit cards acquisition.
• Lead and coach a team of ASM/SC-ASB (around 7-12 headcount) for sales activities and campaigns.
• Identify and develop business strategies and tie-up/collaboration within RHB Group and established corporations/statutory bodies for ASB and credit cards promotion activities.
• To support the region's BDM Secured Assets and RSH Assets by conducting product briefing, training and engagement with ASM/SC ASB, PBs, BMs and other sales personnel at distribution channels.
