Sales Manager

Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving the company's sales

targets and revenue objectives. This role oversees the end-to-end sales process from lead

generation, client engagement, proposal preparation, and negotiation to contract closing,

ensuring profitability and long-term client relationships. The Sales Manager also collaborates

closely with the Project, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure accurate costing, smooth project turnover, and client satisfaction.
