Sales Manager - Bacolod

Qualifications

• college graduate of any 4-year course
• with 2 years managerial experience
• with background in sales
• preferrably with real estate experience
• must be skilled in sales planning and execution
• must have strong leadership skills, being able to lead and assist a group of Property Specialists

Responsibilities

• to ensure a minimum of 3 Property Specialists are brought in before onboarding.
• to ensure a minimum of 3 Property Specialists at all times
• to set goals for the team and ensure activation of all team members
• to conduct coaching and training to Property Specialists regularly
• to create quality sales activities to increase lead generation
• to meet required sales quota every month
