Job Description
DOLAV Plastic is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow our presence across the Benelux region. You’ll focus on new business development, strengthening customer relationships, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and expand existing accounts
- Identify and win strategic tenders and key opportunities
- Open new market segments
- Maintain strong customer relationships through visits and social selling
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support growth
What You Bring
- 4+ years B2B sales experience (packaging/logistics advantage)
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with high ownership
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Willingness to travel
