Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to develop and grow our business across the Colombian pharmaceutical market, delivering engineered packaging solutions to regulated manufacturing environments. This is a senior individual contributor role for a results-focused B2B sales professional with experience selling technical or solutions-based products.
Reporting to the international Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building new customer relationships, expanding key accounts, and executing sales strategies nationwide. The role represents an organization with strong Irish engineering and manufacturing heritage, supporting south American pharmaceutical customers with high-quality, compliant packaging solutions.
