This is a build role.
Not a babysitting role.
Not a remote supervisor role.
You will build the culture, systems, discipline, and performance standards from day one.
Compensation
Base Salary: $1,800 USD per month
Performance Bonuses: Up to $1,500+ USD per month

40% = $600
45%+ = $900
