Sales Manager (Building Services)

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in building services projects. You’ll oversee pump and water system solution sales, develop key relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners, and guide the team toward achieving sales targets.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, and project owners.

Identify new business opportunities in building services, water supply, and HVAC applications.

Support and guide sales team members in project development and customer management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recommend pricing or positioning strategies.

Conduct product presentations and coordinate with technical teams for project support.

Submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
