Job Summary

The Sales Manager is a hands-on, field-driven leader responsible for driving sales growth of fragrance oils through active selling, client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations. This role requires a leader who leads by example, consistently meets personal sales targets, and ensures the sales team achieves its collective targets through direct market engagement—not desk-based supervision.

• Actively conduct field sales, client meetings, and fragrance oil product demonstrations to achieve individual sales targets.
