Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise sales representatives targeting condo projects
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Motivate the team to achieve targets

Project Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop sales opportunities in new and ongoing condo projects
• Build relationships with property developers, condo management, and admin offices
• Present water purifier solutions for building-wide or per-unit installations
• Negotiate contracts and close project-based deals

Sales Strategy & Operations

• Develop sales strategies tailored to condominium markets
