Amica embraces pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and offers a competitive total compensation package designed to reward performance.
Expected Salary Range: $56,000 - $74,000
Variable Pay (Commission + Bonus): Highly competitive uncapped commission structure that pays out monthly, in addition to quarterly bonus up to $5,000 per quarter.
