Sales Manager (Hospitality/Hotel Industry)

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster relationships with key suppliers in the MICE, corporate and public sector.
• Product knowledge, presentation, and Site inspections.
• Direct sales through face-to-face calls, client event specific focus meetings.
• Identify new markets, segments or opportunities that will increase sales.
• Driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence through each customer experience.
• Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs and strategy of the hotels.
