Sales Manager - Cards DST - SHJ

To develop & execute sales plans, build/leverage key relationships / segments to maximize market share of the bank and achieve sales through the DST & DSA channel partners to maximize card acquisition (numbers & quality) for the Payments business.

• Ensure achievement of card sales KPIs/KPAs from respective Internal & DSA channel partners
• Develop and maintain strong working relations with all channel partners (internal and external) across all levels to optimize & leverage growth.
• Drive profitable & sustained growth of new & existing channel partners.
• Ensure FOS & DSA staff conduct micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing.
• Work closely and proactively with internal stakeholders to streamline processes & policies to enhance overall customer experience, acquisition and profitability.
