I. Sales Generation, Aftersales Support and Leading the Sales Team

· Promote Cathay Land projects through booth manning, saturation, digital marketing, and other sales activities as required by the Group Head and Sales Director.

· Assist sellers with their clients and query about our current portfolio of projects.

· Ensure that individual and team monthly sales quotas are achieved with less than 10% cancellation rate.

· Ensure that at least 50% activation rate for the team is achieved.

· Recruit team members and ensure completion of team headcount.

· Create, supervise, and monitor activities of the sales team.
