Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager, to drive revenue growth and lead a team of Program Advisors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, particularly within the Education / EdTech industry, and the ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Program Advisors to maximize performance.
- Track, monitor, and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports for management.
- Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
