Sales Manager

A new headcount for Sales Manager has just been created within our client in the semiconductor/ electronic materials industry here in Singapore. This is due to the business expansion and succession planning that they have crafted for the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development, sales, and marketing activities for Package Substrates (BGA, Flip‑Chip BGA)
• Manage Design‑In and Design‑Win processes, including project qualification and mass‑production timelines
• Engage customers to understand technical and commercial needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Analyze product capabilities, manufacturing processes, and market trends to shape sales strategy
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across teams and cultures to ensure effective execution
