**Job Summary** :
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of progressive cavity pumps (PCPs) across the assigned regions. This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle.
