Job Title: Sales Manager – Construction Sealants

As a Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of our construction sealant product line. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales, particularly related to the façade construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partners for the façade business
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategy
• Develop and execute the AOP for the construction sealant segment
• Maintain an updated pipeline of potential projects and provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights
• Develop direct key accounts
