We are currently seeking either a Sales Manager or Sales Consultant for a well‑established and progressive residential building company to join an experienced team servicing the Waikato area. This role will be working for a privately owned and operating company that has been in business for almost two decades. They control the entire build process from owning land to the teams for the design and build.

This role could be filled by a person with strong residential building background as a builder or in construction support and administration, who wants to then step into a sales consultant role. It could also be filled by a current residential new build sales consultant who is looking to step into a role as a sales manager.

The role comes with a strong incentive package including a base salary and uncapped commissions.
