**About the Team**

- Identify and recruit affiliates, trading influencers, and content creators via WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, and local trading forums.
- Build strategic partnerships with trading academies and educational institutions across target regions.
- Develop and execute market-specific outreach strategies that resonate with local audiences.
- Support partners through the onboarding process and provide ongoing guidance to improve their performance.
- Track affiliate performance using CRMs or spreadsheets and deliver actionable feedback.
